  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays

  • Orders placed after 14:00 CET will begin processing the next business day

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will follow once your order ships

3.1 France (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: €4.99 (Free on orders over €50)

  • Express Shipping: €9.99 (1-2 business days delivery)

  • Delivery Timeframe: 2–5 business days

3.2 Belgium

  • Standard Shipping: €7.99

  • Delivery Timeframe: 3–6 business days

3.3 Switzerland

  • Standard Shipping: €8.99

  • Delivery Timeframe: 4–7 business days

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed once your order is processed


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

7.1 Lost Packages
If your order shows as delivered but is missing:

7.2 Damaged Items
