These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through ryborn.com and set forth your rights and obligations as a customer. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference and may differ slightly from the final product.
2. Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. However, this does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason, including suspected fraud or supply limitations.
3. Payment Terms
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Delays due to courier issues or external factors are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds

6. Product Warranty
All Ryborn fitness products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse are not covered.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ryborn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Mexico.
